We have identified an issue with Windows scanning related to a policy update. That caused old clients to crash. The issue has been resolved quickly after the policy was shipped. However, for Windows clients the Windows service may have been stopped, which means no new scans are attempted on devices. To resume normal operation, please restart the Mondoo Windows service
